Six Months of Funny Business

Hey Ganter gang, it’s your founder Meg Jordan here.

Can you believe it’s been a whole six months since Ganter was birthed and released on the world?

And what a wild ride it’s been so far…

  • There’s been extra special guests.

  • We’ve chatted about music, mental health, launching businesses in lockdowns, sex and pleasure (a word I can now say without breaking into cold sweats thanks to Emma Flemming).

  • We’ve had some fantastic guest writers, like the amazing @skintandskatty who shared this hilarious tragic tale. And Meg Rushton, who wrote a glorious piece for us about New Zealand’s finest, Rose Matafeo. (Which Rose HERSELF READ AND ENJOYED! No bigge.)

  • And, who could forget all of the eye-opening, sometimes cringeworthy, always absolutely hilarious entries we had for our April Fools competition … The scene of ‘The Bloody Morning After Disaster’ is one I’ve struggled to get out of my mind since…and ‘The Accidental Office Flasher’ has made me even more paranoid about my outfit choices for the first few return visits to the office.

Thank you SO much to everyone that’s contributed to Ganter so far, followed us, entered our competitions, shared our content, or simply read our posts. We hope you’ve enjoyed being part of our publication, and we can’t wait to keep on sharing our typings with you over the next six months.

Keep your eyes out for more stories about and interviews with amazing women, competitions and tragic tales aplenty.
